  • Is overnight pet sitting the best option for me?
    There are several different options in terms of care for your pets when you are unable to care for them over an extended period of time. Overnight pet sitting in your home is the best option for: > Pets who get lonely or have anxiety when they are left by themselves for long periods of time. > Homeowners who feel more comfortable when they know their home is safe and occupied overnight. > Senior pets or pets with special needs. > Owners who are expecting packages or services done at the home while away. > Pawrents who want their pets to have companionship throughout the day and overnight.
  • How much experience do you have working with animals?
    Our team has 6 years of professional experience working with animals and a lifetime loving them!
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    Debit and Credit Card transactions through our Client Portal. Cash or Check on start date of booking.
  • How much time will you be spending with my pet/at my home every day?
    We offer anywhere services anywhere from 30 minute check ins and up to 20 hours with our overnight packages. All completely customizable to your needs!
  • What areas do you provide your services?
    We currently serve Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hauser, Hayden and Athol for local pet sitting. We also offer a "Traveling Pet Sitter" service where one of our experienced pet sitters will fly to you!
  • What happens at the New Client Consultation?
    One of our sitters will meet you at your home to get to know your pet and your routine. We will answer any questions you have and also ask about the ins and outs of your pet's daily habits and needs.
  • Do I need to let you know if cleaners, friends, neighbors, ect. will be coming to the house during your stay?
    Yes please! We definitely appreciate the heads up if anyone will be coming by the house during our stay.
  • Do you offer pet and house sitting services over the holidays?
    Yes we do! We suggest to book as far in advance as possible if you are planning to book with us over the holiday... We tend to book up pretty quickly! A holiday rate will apply to the holiday day only.
  • When will I get updates from you?
    We send updates to our clients via text message, photo, or video at least once a day, if not more when requested. We know how it feels to miss your babies when you're away so we want our clients to rest easy knowing that they are being well loved and your home is being taken care of!
  • Can you administer medication?
    We will discuss the needs of your pet and accommodate the best to our ability. We do not have veterinary experience or certification but are comfortable giving oral, topical or subcutaneous medications.
  • Do you provide indoor/outdoor plant care?
    Yes! Please leave detailed instructions via the client portal and we will be happy to keep your plants alive!
  • Are you able to take the trash and recycling bins to the curb on their correct day?
    Of course!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy is the following: There will be a $100 cancellation fee if booking is cancelled within 48 hours of original start date. Payment in full is due on the booking start date. If payment is made prior to start date and a cancellation occurs within 7 days of start date, a credit will be put on the account for the amount paid.
  • Will there be guests or visitors at my home while I'm away?
    We respect your privacy and your home, therefore we will never bring any guests or visitors into your home during our stay.
